Caramel Pudding

Ok, let me warn you.I have not done this for quite sometimes.Ingredients hentam je resume play.
Ingredients:
-1 1/2 can evaporated milk(i usually use brand ideal)
-sugar
-3big eggs/4 small eggs
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
-1 scoop of margarine.
Pudding.
Warm the milk a little.add 1 tablespoon sugar.Mix.
Whisk the egg,add into the milk.Mix gently.try to minimize the bubbles.
Add 4 tablespoons of water.
Add the Vanilla essence.
Add sugar(amount of sugar add to pudding is preferable according to ur taste)
Mix and stir all.
Optional.Add cornstarch to make the texture easier to handle.

Caramel:
Heat 4 tablespoon of sugar + 1 tablespoon of water.Keep on stirring throughout.Let it change colour to brown.Turn off the heat once u see the slight changes in the colour.
quickly transfer to an appropriate container.Let it harden.
Remember to put a smile on your face.It will do the add in taste :)

Final Result. I can say it turn out to be delicious.
